About Lemon Balm Essentials
Lemon Balm Essentials grew from our love of wearing our older daughter, Audrey. Audrey was a challenging newborn with both reflux and food intolerances who was in pain for most of her waking hours. Her only comfort came from cuddling tummy-to-tummy in our carriers. As she grew into an independent toddler, I cherished wearing as a way to include closeness in our day.
Shortly after we opened Lemon Balm Essentials, I found out we were expecting Maddie! Babywearing helped me share precious moments with Audrey while pregnant and made becoming the parents of two a much easier transition.
