Our Gently Loved Carriers: I regret that am unable to accept returns on used carriers. Please read carrier description carefully and email me ANY questions before purchasing. I would also be happy to advise you where you can resell your carrier if it does not suit your needs.
Our New in Package Carriers: Please contact me if there is a manufacturer's defect in the carrier and your carrier is still in NEW, UNWASHED condition to discuss return options. I reserve the right to reject carriers returned to me with obvious signs of wear, stains or damage. I regret that I am not able to accept returns based on preference (color, length etc) or inability to use carrier.
Do NOT ship a carrier back to us without contacting us first ... the package will be not be opened and will be marked "Returned to Sender". Lemon Balm Essentials is not responsible for shipping charges incurred by unauthorized returns.

No. Misrepresentation on a Customs Form is mail fraud and a federal criminal offense.
